A purse containing damaging evidence against a crime ring is hidden in a young cab driver's car. Jackie is part of a group of local thugs who are trying to recover the stolen purse. Jackie Chan delivers non-stop action that astounds you with the use of his martial arts resources.
Okay that is what is on the back of this movie, however I have to totally disagree that anything in this movie can astound you. I gave this movie 1 out of 10 rating when i first saw it for a good reason, and the same reason why I'm glad that this DVD looks SO bad that I have no excuse to watch it again.
