This excellent release of Hero is a two disc release. The special features are not subtitled but still enjoyable. The feature itself has an excellent translation with the beginning and ending onscreen text translated. I would suggest this release to anybody, however it is a region 3 and does not work on regular region 1 players.

The video quality is not quite up to par with the Hong Kong release above. This is on a DVD-5 disc instead of the DVD-9 from Hong Kong. The benefit of this one however is the fact that it's a region 0 DVD so it will play in all players. One let-down is the opening and closing onscreen text, that sets up and finishes the story is NOT translated.
